In the ” Loss & Gains ” program, participant Ana Pimentel followed the Diet of Food Education, ideal for women who, like her, are breastfeeding. Next, check out feeding tips for pregnant or lactating women:
Water, infusions, teas, lemonade, group A greens, and seasonings like lemon, vinegar, shoyo light, vinaigrette dressing and herbs are low or zero calorie items. Use them. They will help in the diet. In the case of water, for example, not only use, but also abuse.
Avoid during pregnancy and lactation, as alcohol passes through the placenta and into breast milk. The beverage can affect the baby’s formation, causing mental deficiencies, growth retardation, behavioral changes, besides interfering in the control of weight gain during pregnancy and being poor in nutrients.
Prefer sucralose, but avoid excess:
– 3 drops or 1 envelope corresponds to 1 teaspoon of sugar!
– Avoid sweeteners or diet / light products containing saccharin
– Other sweeteners can be consumed in small quantities
· Teas and mate
Due to excess caffeine, do not consume mate and green or black teas
