Kim Kardashian reveals possibility of removing the uterus after the gestation of the second child
In an interview with an American publication, socialite tells details about complications in pregnancy
The couple’s second baby Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may be the last of the socialite. In an interview with “C Magazine,” Kim talked about the complications she experienced during attempts to conceive and a complication in the placenta that could result in the removal of the uterus after giving birth to her child.
During the pregnancy of the eldest North West, the socialite suffered from a condition called placenta accreta, which occurs when the placenta adheres to the uterine wall. Kim believes that the operations to cure the complication have made her uterus an inhospitable environment for a baby.

Determined to give a little brother to North, Kim did not give up easily from pregnancy. “It was a long way. I was going to the doctor in Beverly every day at 5am to test if I was ovulating,” she says. Kim still plays with all the stress and talks how he called Kanye when he discovered he was ovulating. “I’d say ‘I’m ovulating, come home now!'” She recalls.
Pre-eclampsia in pregnancy: know the care you should take
Now, in the second pregnancy, Kim’s doctors believe she can develop placenta accreta again. “If the placenta grows a bit longer than it did last time, the doctors are ready to remove my uterus, which is a bit scary for me,” she says. Despite everything, Kim says she feels more relieved in this pregnancy, as she had no signs of pre-eclampsia as happened when she was pregnant with North.
